The staff was extremely friendly, wanted to make our stay fine. The room was modern and brand-new with a roll in shower and hair dryers in the private bathroom. The bed was comfy, like a cloud. The service was all in all good.

The location was great and perfectly comfortable - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel itself was in a great area, just next door to stores, gas and restaurants and shopping places and Pico Rivera. The staff was nice, the room was outstanding with a tub, everything was brand-new.

I had excellent room with climate control, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk. The bathroom was nice and beds were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's staff was great. All the services were excellent.
Though everything was brand-new, some of the staff were inattentive.

Think that this gorgeous hotel is beyond compare, enjoyed it. The property is immaculately clean, with excellent personal, and offers favourable location next to Santa Monica by public transport as well as public transport.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with both the rooms and the outside of the hotel always being kept in pristine condition. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, even going as far as switching rooms immediately when there was an issue with the bathroom. The hotel also offers the option to check in early for a small fee, which was a huge convenience after a long flight. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, with a solid restaurant just across the intersection.
